Preferably a degree or professional qualification in Accounting/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / legal or equivalent.
Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Chinese will be an added advantage
Able to interpret and analyse financial statement
Possess interpersonal, communication skill, analytical ability, quantitative and presentation skills
Able to work well independently and in team without close supervision
Able to multi-task , work under pressure with attention to detail, enjoy solving problems, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace
Possess own transport and willing to travel

For senior position, have at least 3 year experience in related field, specifically in areas of corporate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in various corporate recovery and insolvency assignments, in various industries
Assist in formal and informal debt restructuring scheme
Deliver in-depth diagnosis of distressed companies’ financing requirements, including review of the business plan and evaluation of stakeholder positions.
Monitoring the overall operations of distressed companies, evaluation of the viability of the operations of such companies and investigations into distressed companies’ affairs including the conduct of directors and related company transaction.
Conducting meetings and liaising with various stakeholders such as government authorities, debtors, creditors, lawyer, banker and etc.
Handling other management affairs of the distressed company as required and prompt submission of report to the authorities.
Handling of routine filing and administrative matter of the distressed company.
