Overview
A presitgious big local eyewear retail company located in Taman Shamelin Perkasa Cheras is looking for a mandarin literate account executive.
Your new Company
This company is one of Malaysia’s leading eyewear retail company which is the sole supplier of unique range of eyewear products from Hong Kong. This company outlets have mushroomed to 18 locations capturing many loyal customers to its client lists. Currently has 40 outlets throughout penisular Malaysia.
Your role in the company
This role would require you to
- Assist in doing Taiwan’s IPO
- Assist in verifying all payment with valid documents and posting to the accounting system on timely manner.
- Check staff claims to ensure all claims are in compliance with company’s policies.
- Assist in arranging payment transactions.
- Monitor daily cash and credit card collection. Perform reconciliation and posting to the accounting system.
- Assist in preparation of supplier’s reconciliation and payment list.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
What you need to succeed
You will be required to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. You are required to be fluent in speaking Chinese and also reading Chinese. You should have at least 1 year of experience in the related field for this position but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well. This company prefers junior executives specialized in finance.
